Where to find it

The quick way: ask your assistant
Say it to your assistant
- “Quote Koos for a geyser replacement, R4 500 plus call-out”
- “Maak 'n kwotasie vir Marie — 2 krane vervang, R850 elk”
It finds (or adds) the customer, uses your price list, and shows you the draft. On Telegram tap 📧 Email or 📲 WhatsApp to send it, or 🗑 Discard.
By hand in the dashboard
- Open Quotes and tap + Create quote.
- Type the customer's name (a new name creates the customer), and their email and phone if you have them.
- Add your items — description, quantity and unit price. Tap + Add item for more lines.
- Optionally add notes, a Valid until date, and tick Does the client need to sign this quote? if you want a signature.
- Tap Create draft quote. Nothing has been sent yet.
- Open the quote, check it, and tap Send to customer.
What your customer gets
If the customer has an email address, they're emailed a link to a neat quote page with a PDF. Prefer WhatsApp? Once the quote is sent, tap Share on WhatsApp — it opens WhatsApp with the link ready for you to send. The customer taps Accept this quote (and signs, if you asked for a signature), and you get a Telegram ping.
After they say yes
- Accepted over the phone? Tap Mark accepted — customer said yes.
- Accept & invoice or Create invoice turns the quote into a draft invoice in one tap.
- Need a deposit first? Set the Deposit % and tap Draft deposit invoice; later, Draft final invoice deducts it.
