Talk to your assistant

Your assistant is one brain with two windows: Telegram on your phone, and the chat on Home (and down the side of every dashboard page). Both see the same business — customers, quotes, invoices, leads, files — so you can start something on your phone and finish it at your desk.

Talk the way you talk

Type, or send a voice note. Afrikaans, English or a mix is fine — half-sentences from the bakkie too. It asks when it isn't sure. Whatever language you use, your quotes and invoices always come out in English.

What it can do

• Answer questions about your business — who paid, what's outstanding, what's on today.
• Draft quotes and invoices, and turn an accepted quote or logged work into an invoice.
• Add customers and leads, and remind you to follow up.
• Book jobs on your schedule and set reminders.
• File photos and documents in My Files, and make Word documents, spreadsheets and letters.
• Sort your bank statements into income and expenses (Money Matters).
• Read your connected email and draft replies for you to approve.
• Search the web for things like prices, regulations or the weather.

It drafts. You send.

Your assistant never sends anything to a customer without your tap. A drafted quote or invoice arrives as a card with buttons — on Telegram 📧 Email, 📲 WhatsApp or 🗑 Discard; in the dashboard Send or Discard. Drafted emails wait for Approve & send. It also never makes up a price: it uses your price list and what you tell it.

Your morning message

Every morning at about 7:00 your assistant sends you one Telegram message with what needs attention: overdue invoices, new leads nobody has followed up yet, and reminders due today.
