If a payment fails
Your workspace keeps working for two weeks while you sort it out. Pay from Settings → Billing before then and nothing changes.

Where to find it
- Settings → BillingSign in to open
Cards get declined for ordinary reasons — an expired card, a new card from the bank, or not enough funds on the day. If your monthly or annual payment doesn't go through, we email you and Settings → Billing shows that the payment failed.
What to do
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Tap Pay now (it shows your plan's price — R499 on Monthly, R4,999 on Annual) and pay with a card that works, on Paystack's secure page.
- You're sent back to your workspace, and Billing shows your subscription as active again.
What happens meanwhile
- Paystack doesn't try a failed card again by itself, so the missed payment is only made when you tap Pay now.
- Paying restarts your subscription from today on the same plan at your locked price, and the failed one is cancelled — you're never charged twice.
- Your workspace stays fully usable for two weeks after the failed payment (Billing shows the exact date) — your assistant keeps working.
- If it still hasn't been paid by then, the subscription is stopped (you won't be charged later) and your workspace becomes read-only. Your data is kept, and subscribing again switches everything back on.
