What a read-only workspace means
When a trial or subscription ends, you can still sign in, see everything and export it — the assistant and sending pause until you subscribe.

Where to find it
- Settings → BillingSign in to open
Your workspace becomes read-only when your free trial ends without a subscription, when a cancelled subscription reaches the end of the month or year you paid for, or when a failed payment isn't sorted out in time. We never hold your data hostage.
What still works
- Signing in and seeing everything — customers, quotes, invoices, leads, files and books.
- Downloading your quotes, invoices and files.
- Exporting all your data.
- Settings → Billing, so you can subscribe again.
What's paused
- Your assistant, on Telegram and in the dashboard.
- Creating and sending quotes and invoices.
- AI features such as reading statements and making documents or posts.
- Email: a connected mailbox is disconnected (after an unpaid trial, a week after it ends), and you can't connect a new one.
Getting going again
Open Settings → Billing, choose Monthly (R499/month) or Annual (R4,999/year) and tap Subscribe or Resubscribe (see Subscribe). Everything switches back on straight away, with your data exactly as you left it. Reconnect your email afterwards.
