Getting started with One Man Band

One Man Band gives your business its own AI assistant. You talk to it on Telegram (voice notes are fine) or in the dashboard, and it drafts your quotes and invoices, keeps track of customers and leads, reminds you of what's due and keeps your paperwork filed. Nothing ever goes to a customer until you tap Send.

1. Create your workspace

1. 1Go to onemanband.ai and tap Start your 7-day free trial.
2. 2Sign in with Continue with Google, or type your email and tap Email me a sign-in link — then open the link we email you. There's no password to remember.
3. 3Type your business name, answer What kind of work do you do? and tap Create my workspace. Your 7-day free trial starts now — no card needed.

2. Fill in the basics

The setup wizard walks you through your business, pairing Telegram, your logo and bank details, and booking your onboarding call. Skip anything you're not sure about and pick it up later from the Getting started card on Home, or change it in Settings.

• Add your logo — it prints on every quote and invoice.
• Add your bank details — so every invoice tells customers how to pay you.
• Pair Telegram — the most important step: this is how you talk to your assistant from your phone.

3. Do one real job

The quickest way to see what it can do is to use it on a real customer. Send your assistant a voice note like the one below, check the draft it makes, and tap Send when it looks right.
