Export your data
Download a copy of your records (customers, quotes, invoices, leads, books, your files list and messages) in one file, any time — during your trial, while subscribed, or after you've left.

Where to find it
- Settings → Your dataSign in to open
- Open Settings and scroll to Your data.
- Tap Export everything. A file called onemanband-export-<your-business>.json downloads.
What's in it
- Your business details and bank details.
- Customers, your price list, and leads.
- Every quote and invoice, with their line items.
- Your Money Matters transactions and category rules.
- A list of your files (name, type and folder).
- Email messages stored in your workspace, and your chat history with the assistant.
- Your most recent 1,000 activity entries.
It's a JSON file: machine-readable, so another system (or a helpful accountant or IT person) can import it. It opens in any text editor.
Your actual files and PDFs
The export lists your files but doesn't include them. Download them from My Files — the PDF of every quote and invoice you sent is filed there too. For your books in a spreadsheet, use Export CSV on Money Matters.
