Cancel your subscription
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. You keep full access until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Where to find it
- Settings → BillingSign in to open
- Open Settings and scroll to Billing.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Read what happens, optionally tell us why, and tap Cancel subscription again to confirm. Billing then shows the date your access ends.
What happens next
- You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for — the end of the month on Monthly, the end of your paid year on Annual.
- You won't be charged again.
- There are no partial refunds for the unused part of a month or year, unless the law gives you a right to one — see our Terms.
- When that date passes, your workspace becomes read-only. Your data is kept — nothing is deleted.
- Export your data any time, before or after the end date.
Changed your mind?
Before the end date you can resume and carry on at your locked price. After it ends you can subscribe again at the price on offer then.
