Where to find it
- Settings → EmailSign in to open
- EmailSign in to open
- Open Settings → Email and tap Connect your email.
- Sign in with your email provider — the normal login you already use.
- Tick every box (or "Select all") on the permissions screen. If you skip them, your assistant can't read or send your mail.
- Tap Continue. You're connected.
You'll see a company called Unipile on the sign-in screen — that's the trusted service we use to connect your mailbox securely. We never see your password, and you can disconnect any time.
What you get
- Email in the dashboard: read, reply, reply all and forward. Nothing sends until you tap Send.
- Enquiries that land in your inbox become leads, and your assistant pings you on Telegram (switch this off under Settings → Notifications).
- Ask your assistant to check your email or draft a reply. Drafted emails wait for your Approve & send.
- Bookings on your Schedule are copied to your connected calendar, and your calendar's events show in the Schedule's Day view.
