My Files
My Files is your filing cabinet. Your assistant files things there for you — a PDF of every quote and invoice you send, photos, receipts, statements, meeting transcripts. You can make your own folders (New folder), Upload anything, and rename or delete files.
Documents your assistant makes
On Documents, tap a suggestion to start, or just ask in chat. Your assistant can make Word documents, spreadsheets and letters, fill in a template you upload, complete fillable PDF forms, and sign PDFs once you've uploaded your signature.
Say it to your assistant
- “Make a spreadsheet of my customers and what they owe”
- “Write a letter to the body corporate about access on Monday”
- “Sign this PDF”
Team members only see the folders you allow. Bank statements and receipts stay hidden from anyone without Money Matters access.
